About the Role

Our boutique consulting firm requires Oracle CC&B business analyst consultants to join our growing practice. Oracle CC&B is one of the top Customer Information Systems (CIS) in the Utility marketplace. Kaihen has participated in several CC&B projects and we expect to be involved in several more in the years ahead. Normally we contract directly with the Utility client to provide client-side services, but we also partner with a Systems Integrator (SI) for implementation services. Kaihen focuses on Business Readiness services as described below.

Requirements

  • Oracle CC&B, C2M and/or CCS experience (2+ years) in North America

  • Prior consulting experience, preferably with a large consulting firm

  • Utility sector experience, especially a base understanding of meter-to-cash functionality

  • Customer information system implementation experience

  • Experience as an Oracle CC&B Training Analyst, including:

  • Developing job aids and other related training materials

  • Preparing for user training delivery

  • Conducting train-the-trainer sessions

  • Experience as an Oracle CC&B Testing Analyst, including:

  • Developing system testing and user acceptance testing test cases

  • Preparation activities related to testing

  • Executing and supporting system and user acceptance testing

  • Experience with testing tools, such as HLM, is an asset

  • Additionally, experience delivering Business Readiness services such as:

  • Business & technical requirements definition

  • Functional design documentation (FDD)

  • Business process design and mapping

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Conscientious, collaborative working style

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

  • Oracle CC&B, C2M or CCS accreditations
