Job Summary

Our boutique consulting firm requires an Organizational Change Management (OCM) and User Training Lead consultant to join our growing practice. This is an important role in our organization as we look to standardize our client facing OCM and Training consulting services. We’re interested in somebody who has the ability to take on both advisory roles and a detailed hands-on approach on projects, will travel to client meetings as required, and has access to a fully equipped home office. The candidate must have interest in joining an entrepreneurial, growing firm and be a good cultural fit with personality, ethics, and working style.
